Off The Map Charters Terms an Conditions

General:

All of our services can be booked as private or shared experiences. We accommodate small, intimate groups to a maximum of 8 passengers. Charters can be booked for a full day or half day. R U 4 Reel regularly departs from the Royal Motor Yacht Club Newport, and arrangements to be picked up from other wharves in the Pittwater area can be made.

All charters are subject to weather, tides and availability.

Share charters are subject to minimum numbers, maximum of eight passengers.

We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48 hours cancellation required.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 24 – 48 hours: 25% of fee forfeited
• 12 – 23 hours: 50 % of fee forfeited
• Less than 12 hours: 100 % of fee forfeited.

A full refund applies if a charter is cancelled prior to departure due to unsafe conditions. This decision is at the discretion of our captain
